Convenience to expressway, usafa, nearby restaurants, etc.
Morning breakfast could be improved a little bit. Felt rushed eating because there were only a few tables in the food service area and families came in to get their breakfasts and had no where to sit. Also we had barking dog(s) across the hall
The pillows were like flat pancakes. The room was fairly clean but we had to call for towels ans washcloths daily. Breakfast was fair at best. The corridors and breakfast room was very hot and humid. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and kind!
Service from 6-9am could be better in the dining area. Keep up with the guests eating and food being there without having to ask to fill empty products.
Location, holes in draps, dirty around, terrible american-style breakfast
Our family group stayed in adjacent non smoking rooms. We pre-inspected the rooms and found them very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Good wifi. The staff were courteous and helpful with several special requests. The breakfast area was small and the menu limited, but the staff kept it well supplied during a very busy morning. This is not a destination resort spa; it is a nice clean reasonably priced inn conveniently located in a city with a lot of attractions. We all slept well and would definitely stay there again.
Enhancing the breakfast facility would probably be a very good investment for this inn.
Plenty of food options close by. Close to I25 so easy to find and quick to get on the road again.
Located between the train tracks and I25, it was the quietest location.
We walked into the hotel to a Korean woman yelling she was going to call police because someone touched her laundry. The hotel smelled like smoke and the dryer did not work in the room. The tv was very old, got only a few channels, and the volume did not adjust properly. The man who I assumed ran the place stared at us and asked at one point if we had paid to stay there. This would be a good place for someone who was desperate for someplace to stay. It cost like 60 dollars the first two nights and more the third. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
We found a bed bug on the bed before we left. Disappointed in cleanliness.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable with clean towels each day and the access to the I-25 was so easy.
I was told the staff was very nice.
When I reserved the room I put in a request for Room 386, based on what the woman taking the reservation said. However, when it was time to check in that room had been given to someone else. I reserved this room for my brother-in-law and his wife, both of whom are senior citizens and they were expecting "the nicest of the smoking suites" becuse that's what I was told about this particular room and that's what I told them. They were very disappointed and just a tiny bit angry. They did not understand why (and neither do I) why they were instead given a room facing the back of the hotel. What's the point of reserving a specific room? Why even ask me? Other than that, they said it was fine.
The separate entrance for guests made it easy to access the car park.
Rail traffic on the nearby line was sometimes disturbing.
Location and price. Staff was accomodating.
Television was poor; very challenging to watch. Dryer did not work but money was refunded; should put an out of order sign on it immediately. Rather dingy.
Cleanliness and repairs that need to be made. Continental breakfast was poor quality and limited choices.
Price and location was OK. Room was big.
Nice place but definitely not living up to its potential. Missing lots of the little things and customer service that would have made this a very nice stay. A non smoking room was on a floor that smelled very much like an ash tray.
the convenience of location, access to I-25
there isn't any restaurant variety or grocery stores.[ conveinience stores within close walking distance, there was"t an ice machine on all floors also I wish I would have known about the online weekly stay rate.. but istead paid full price for my first 4 days. i asked about getting some type of voucher for those days, but instead I was told there would be no exceptions. i was always taught the customer was always right or at least compromise . I sure wish there was a way to get comped for a week stay.I wil be in town August 16th through the23rd. This is in no way meant to discredit this hotel. but times are tough and sure could use a financial break or savings with the cost of staying in hotels .thank you Brad Ragsdale
